The Board of Directors is pleased to introduce Henry Bosch as our new Golf Professional.

Henry grew up in Eldred, NY where he learned to play golf at an early age from his grandfather, an Army veteran and scratch golfer. Their regular summer mornings spent together on the golf course quickly forged Henry’s love for any and everything golf.

Throughout his youth he played junior tournaments and later was a standout on his high school golf team. Henry played golf competitively in college at Johnson and Wales University in North Miami, Florida, where he graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports, Entertainment, and Event Management.

From caddie to golf instructor, Henry has experience in nearly every aspect of golf course operations. He most recently served as the Assistant Golf Professional at the Concord Golf Club in Kiamesha Lake, NY from 2011 to 2015, and is currently a PGA Apprentice and working his way through the PGA Professional Golf Management Program. He regularly participates in MET PGA section events and activities such as the PGA HOPE program that provides free golf instruction to all veterans.

Henry’s passion and enthusiasm for golf is his greatest asset. He truly loves being around the game and others who love it. Entering his first year as Golf Professional at Southern Dutchess Country Club, Henry is eager and excited to bring a positive, fun, energetic atmosphere to the club, its members, and guests.
